Presentation of the 2019 Slow Food guides

Slow Food will present the 2019 edition of its food and wine guides in Oltrepò Pavese on Sunday, February 24th 2019. The event, organised by Condotta Slow Food Oltrepò Pavese in collaboration with Paolo Camozzi and FISAR Pavia, will be hosted at Certosa Cantù in Casteggio (PV) from 11:30 AM to 06:00 PM.

The presentation will be followed by a walkaround tasting that will feature a selection of our wines.

Food tastings will be prepared by nine restaurants reviewed in the “Osterie d’Italia” guide and by local cooks members of the Slow Food Cooks’ Alliance.

The event will also include a masterclass on the Oltrepò Pavese Pinot Noir. From 03:30 PM to 05:30 PM guided tasting of the Pinot Noir produced by Conte Vistarino, Frecciarossa and Tenuta Mazzolino. The tasting will feature our Giorgio Odero 2011.
