Osteria da Pietro<\/strong> restaurant in Castiglione delle Stiviere (MN) will host an event dedicated to the pairing between Lombardy wines<\/strong> and Grana Padano DOP <\/strong>on Tuesday, October 11th 2022. The event has been organised in collaboration with AIS, ONAF and ASCOVILO.<\/p>\n

The event will feature: a masterclass on Grana Padano DOP (from 06:30 PM to 07:30 PM) and a tasting dinner.<\/p>\n

Sturgeon with extra-virgin olive oil from the Garda lake, Gargnano citron and Grana Padano (12 month-ageing)
\nRiserva Colombara – Garda DOC Chardonnay (Gozzi winery)<\/em><\/p>\n

Pumpkin tortelli<\/em> with melted butter, fermented pumpkin seeds and Grana Padano (18-month ageing)
\nPovromme – Bonarda dell’Oltrep\u00f2 Pavese DOC 2019 (Molino di Rovescala winery)<\/em><\/p>\n

Baked chicken breast with caramelised shallot, red beet and Grana Padano sauce (more than 20-month ageing)
\nCarillo – Pinot Nero dell’Oltrep\u00f2 Pavese DOC 2021 (Tenuta Frecciarossa)<\/em><\/p>\n

Fried Polenta<\/em> with Grana Padano ice cream (12-month ageing)<\/p>\n
