Soft pressing, fermentation
with selected yeasts. The wine undergoes the second fermentation in pressurized stainless steel vats in order
to enhanced the aromatic vine character and becoming a high quality sparkling wine.
Ripening
The wine is put on the market 6 months after the harvest.

At least 3 months before released.
Colour
Straw yellow with greenish tones, nice and elegant “perlage”.
Bouquet
Intense, fine and long lasting, with hints of tropical fruits.
